The Jenny Pharai Singh Institute for People and Performance was founded on a simple conviction: organisations perform at the level of the people within them. Drawing on decades of combined experience across the public service, energy, financial services and manufacturing sectors, the Institute has grown into a trusted development partner for organisations throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
Our approach is deliberately practical and evidence-based. Every intervention begins with diagnosis, not assumption, and is grounded in current research on leadership, ethics, emotional intelligence and organisational behaviour. We then translate that evidence into tools, conversations and habits that teams can apply the very next working day.
